By accessing our website at https://catalinacleaning.com or using the services provided by Catalina Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Catalina Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, recurring cleaning, and Airbnb turnover cleaning. Services are available in select metropolitan areas across the United States.
All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Booking and Scheduling
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via our online booking platform (BookingKoala).
- By placing a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the property and service requirements.
- We will confirm your booking via email or text message. A booking is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from us.
- You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are based on the information you provide at the time of booking (home size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, service type, and any add-ons).
- Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the booking details provided.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Payment is due at the time of service or upon completion, as specified during booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If our cleaning professional is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to lockouts or lack of entry instructions, a trip fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address the issue, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge.
Liability and Damages
- Catalina Cleaning carries general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage to your property during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours.
- We are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or in pre-existing poor condition.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
- We are not responsible for items of extraordinary value (jewelry, art, collectibles) unless specifically noted and agreed upon before the service.
Your Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals
- Secure pets during the cleaning appointment
- Disclose any hazardous materials or conditions in the property
- Ensure entry access as agreed (keys, codes, or being present)
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality
- Submit false or misleading information through any forms on the website
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on the website without our written permission
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Catalina Cleaning and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalina Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
